The Greek Nutritional Experience

Greece is a place with particular characteristics that are reflected in every expression: the weather and the character of the Greeks, the spiritual and historical achievements, the nutritional education of the people.

The mainland with mountainous fluctuations and coastal and island with lacy coastline, have a wide variety of microclimate and rich soils. Every region of Greece is able to produce products of particular quality and taste.

The cultural substance of our people is strongly and experientially intertwined with its eating behavior! Greece’s experience in the production of fresh and processed food products is indeed ancient and enormous.

Greek families have always enjoyed the amazing quality and taste of their place of residence, not only by consuming them in everyday cooking applications during their production and harvesting, but also by storing sufficient quantities of food after cottage industry applications. So they did not fly and provide food for long periods of time, especially for the winter.

Symbol of Greekness, Quality and Tradition that adorns our labels!

All of the above we symbolized our product labels and printed with an ancient local currency of our region, the “farmer of Visaltia”! It is a silver tetradrachm of the Chalcedon era, 5th century BC, from the fertile area of the northwestern Pangea Mountain. It depicts a farmer who plows his field, as the subjects in ancient Greek coins always depicted the habits of the people.
